“I loved the class and got so much from it! I particularly enjoyed the games. They provided an entertaining and positive way to incorporate the learnings in a deeper and more compelling way. I also appreciated new ways of seeing, appreciating, and integrating how vulnerability is an asset not a liability in all aspects of life. I also appreciated how well you adapted your knowledge and skills to teaching in a totally different genre – zoom! Your technological skills equal your communication skills! I am in awe! Well done and continue the good work!”

What would make your life more wonderful?
How can you bring about that change?
In this series we will look at ways to:
- Upgrade your ability to express yourself with clarity and compassion, especially when confronted with opposing views.
- Listen to hear underlying needs often hidden under rigid demands.
- Practice coming back to center after getting “triggered”.
- Change how you engage in a conflict.
This class is based on the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, author of Nonviolent Communication, combined with more traditional conflict resolution theory. We will give special attention to ways to deal with reactivity in self and others. It is a fun, engaging and interactive class with lots of hands-on learning.
